The sponsor staff fee includes: access to poster and exhibition area, coffee stations, lunches on 29 and 30 September, badge.

Presenters: The presenting author must pay full applicable registration fee.
Exhibitor representatives must pay full applicable registration fee if presenting an abstract.


In the Sponsor staff, Student and Low Income Countries fees, the Meeting Party ticket is not included. Meeting Party tickets can be purchased during the conference days, at the conference venue, according to availability.


Cancellation Policy
In the event that you cannot attend the Congress, you must send written notice of cancellation to alberta@enic.it no later than 1st July 2010; the Organizing Secretariat will refund your registration fee after the congress, less € 50,00 that will be withheld to cover administration charges.
Refunds will be net of bank transfer costs. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the 1st July 2010 deadline.
Requests for refunds must be received within the 60 days following the end of the conference.
